  2. I have enough trouble with my wrists from just typing. I can’t imagine adding 20lbs to it. **However…** I’m thinking automobile dashboard clock.

  3. I am in love with this thing! I would walk the streets endlessly until someone asked me for the time, so I could show it off.

  4. Some hipster out there is already thinking about how he can show this to all the other hipsters of the kingdom and proof once and for all he is the hipster king! The rightful heir. The ruler of them all.

  5. Looks like a duel disk from Yugioh, so in my head I hear Yugi start to say his famous line, but all he says is “IT’S TIME.”

  6. I can’t be entirely sure, but I don’t think that’s powered by steam.

What does “steampunk” mean when you have battery-powered electronics and servomotors? This is really taking “just glue some gears on it and call it steampunk” to the extreme.

  7. So making something steampunk means making it slow, cumbersome, and redundant?

Old school watches never seemed like they needed to be “steampunk” since they already fit the look with the use of gears and such.
